Service method:
Enterprise users can independently choose construction units with corresponding qualifications to implement the distributed photovoltaic power generation ontology project and access system project based on the response opinions and design review opinions of the access plan. The project should meet relevant national, industry, and local construction technology and safety standards
07 Enterprise users submit grid connection acceptance and debugging applications
Service method:
After the completion of the photovoltaic power generation main body project and access system project, enterprise users can submit grid connection acceptance and debugging applications to the local power supply company, and submit the necessary materials for acceptance and debugging
Materials required for acceptance and debugging:
1. Project Filing Documents
2. Copy of Qualification of Construction Unit
3. Main electrical equipment type certification report or quality inspection certificate (including power generation, inverter, switch and other equipment), setting records of relay protection devices, installation and debugging records of communication equipment and energy metering devices
4. Acceptance report or record of grid connection project
5. List of project operators and copies of professional qualification certification
08 Enterprise users submit grid connection acceptance and debugging applications
Service method:
Before the formal grid connection, the local power supply company completes the installation of relevant measuring devices and signs a “Power Supply Contract” with the customer based on the principle of equality and voluntariness. Among them, the 10 kV grid connection also requires a “Power Grid Dispatch Agreement” to be signed, which stipulates the rights and obligations of the power generation and consumption parties
Service time limit: Completed within 5 working days from the date of accepting the grid connection acceptance and debugging application.
09 Power supply company completes grid connection acceptance and debugging
Service method:
The local power supply company arranges staff to visit customers for free grid connection acceptance and debugging, and issues a “Grid Connection Acceptance Opinion”. For those who pass the grid connection acceptance, they will be directly connected to the grid for operation after debugging. For those who fail the grid connection acceptance, the local power supply company will propose rectification plans until the grid connection acceptance is passed.
Service time limit: Within 10 working days from the date of completion of meter installation and signing of contracts and agreements
