01 Enterprise user submits grid connection application
Service method: Submit grid connection application and required materials at the local power supply business hall
Information required for application:
1. Original and photocopy of the ID card of the handling person and the original and photocopy of the ID card of the legal representative (or the original power of attorney of the legal representative)
2. Enterprise legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organizational structure code certificate, land certificate, and other supporting documents for the legality of land use.
3. Information required for the design of power generation project access system
4. Contract energy management projects and public rooftop photovoltaic projects also require the provision of building and facility usage or rental agreements
02 Power supply company conducts on-site investigation
Service method: After accepting the grid connection application, the local power supply company will make an appointment with the applicant company to survey the site
Service deadline: Completed within 2 working days from the date of accepting the grid connection application
03 Power Supply Company Reply to Access Plan
Service method: The local power supply company shall, in accordance with relevant national, industry, and local technical standards, and in combination with the project site conditions, develop a free access system plan and respond to the applicant enterprise in writing.
Service time limit: Within 20 working days (30 working days for multi-point grid connection) from the date of accepting the grid connection application.
04 Enterprise users submit access system design documents
Service method: For 380 (220) volt multi-point grid connection or 10 kV grid connection projects, enterprise users need to entrust a qualified unit with corresponding design qualifications to design the access system engineering before officially starting the construction of the access system engineering, and submit the design materials to the local power supply company for review.
Materials required for design review:
1. Copy of Qualification of Design Unit
2. Preliminary design report, drawings and instructions for access engineering
3. Concealed Engineering Design Data
4. Primary and secondary wiring diagram and layout plan of high-voltage electrical equipment
5. List of Main Electrical Equipment
6. Relay protection and energy metering methods
05 Power supply company’s response to design document review comments
Service method:
The local power supply company reviews the access system design documents of enterprise users based on national, industry, local, and enterprise standards, and issues and responds to review opinions.
Carry out follow-up work such as access system engineering construction based on the review opinions. If the review fails, the power supply company proposes modification suggestions. If a design change is required, the revised design documents should be resubmitted for review and approved before implementation.
Service deadline: Within 5 working days from the date of receiving the design documents
