We remind the owners of the power station that once the solar panel surface is damaged due to an accident in their own power station, they must not dismantle and maintain it without permission. In case of abnormal operation of the power station, they must contact the installation company at the first time, and their professional operation and maintenance personnel will go to the door to repair it for you.

At the same time, in case of damaged solar panels, pay attention to the following matters:

(1) Don’t touch it with your hands. When the solar panel is damaged and piled up with the rubble of the house, the solar panel may generate electricity when the sun shines on it, and electric shock may occur when touching bare hands.

(2) The cleaning of the solar power station shall be temporarily stopped, and the solar panel shall not be washed with water. It can be operated only after professional maintenance personnel complete the maintenance and confirm that it is safe.
