1. The following preparations shall be made before the installation of photovoltaic support and module
1) Set up unloading platform and personnel walkway at the corresponding position of each plant, and lay bulk material channel on the roof to avoid damage to the roof. Clean the roof drainage system to avoid poor water flow in the rainy season and necessary loss.
2) The roof shall be verified before construction. If it is inconsistent with the design, it shall be adjusted accordingly according to the design and design disclosure. Measure and set out according to the baseline position marked in the design drawing, and control the right angle direction of each square array.
Take the center of the roof daylighting belt as the horizontal baseline, and determine the position of the whole square array according to the design drawings.
3) Calculate the design drawings, calculate the usage of support guide rails, accessories and photovoltaic modules in each area, and feed them in batches according to the number of areas and construction process.
4) After the support and photovoltaic module arrive at the site, check the outer package for damage and deformation. In case of any damage, communicate with the purchasing personnel in time for worse treatment.
5) After the supports and photovoltaic modules are transported to the roof according to the consumption of each area, personnel shall be arranged in time.
2. Support and PV module installation
Bracket installation:
According to the design drawings, the positioning and setting out shall be carried out first. The color steel roof is mainly for the positioning of fixtures, and then the installation of guide rails. Attention shall be paid to the spacing of fixtures, the same row of photovoltaic module guide rails and the spacing of two adjacent rows of photovoltaic module guide rails.
The guide rail shall be installed in the following order: middle section, two end sections and guide rail connector. After the guide rail is installed, check the levelness of each guide rail, and the bending of each span of the guide rail shall not be greater than 1mm. After completing the installation of a group of supports, accurately check the support position.
Pay attention to the spacing between the front and rear rows and the distance from the wall required in the design. Protective measures shall be taken during hoisting and handling to avoid personal injury and damage to original buildings.
In addition, when installing the support column, cross beam and guide rail, do not fasten the bolts in place at one time. After all the supports are straightened, fasten all the bolts.
Inspection of PV module after unpacking
a. After unpacking, check whether the PV module is damaged from the side. If there is any damage, inform the project department in time.
b. During the handling of PV modules, the front and back glass of each PV modules must be checked for edge collapse, corner break and crack; Check the junction box for degumming, looseness and falling off; Check whether the photovoltaic cable and male and female head are extruded, deformed or damaged.
In the case of the above phenomena, the PV modules shall be properly placed aside to avoid secondary damage to the PV modules. It is strictly prohibited to transport the damaged PV modules to the construction site. In case of any of the above problems, the material surveyor of the project department shall be informed in time and handed over to the material clerk for handling.
PV module installation
a. Solar panel installation
During transportation, solar panels shall be handled with care, without strong impact, vibration and heavy pressure; The solar panel shall be installed from bottom to top, one by one. It must be handled with care in the installation process to avoid damaging the protective glass on the surface;
The installation of solar panels must be horizontal and vertical, and keep consistent with the spacing of solar panels in the square array; Pay attention to the direction of the junction box of the solar panel.
b. Solar panel fixing
Fix the solar panel and the chain in the steel structure with bolts, add double thorn gaskets between the solar panel and the guide rail, put a middle clamp and side clamp, and lock them with nuts.
c. Solar panel wiring
Determine the wiring mode of the solar panel according to the design drawings; The solar panel wiring shall meet the requirements of the design drawings; The plug-in connector provided by the solar panel manufacturer shall be used for wiring.
Pay attention not to reverse the positive and negative electrodes during wiring to ensure correct wiring; After each string of solar panels is connected, check whether the open-circuit voltage of the solar panel string is correct. After the connection is correct, disconnect the wiring of a solar panel to ensure the safe operation of subsequent processes.
d. Square array wiring
The wiring of the photovoltaic module array shall be provided with support, fastening, protection and other measures. The appropriate allowance shall be reserved for the conductor, and the wiring mode shall comply with the provisions of the design drawings.
The joint connecting the conductor shall be tinned, and the multi-strand conductor shall be crimped to the terminal (nose). At most two core wires are allowed at each terminal, and gaskets shall be added between the two core wires, and all wiring screws shall be tightened.
After the wiring of square array photovoltaic modules is completed, check whether the wiring is correct according to the construction drawing. The wiring of photovoltaic modules and the outgoing cables of the square array shall be fixed firmly and reliably. After the wiring and testing of the square array, all junction box covers shall be covered and locked. The output end of the square array shall have obvious polarity marks and number marks of the sub-square array.
After each square array is connected, an electrician is responsible for measures to ensure that the current of the whole square array is connected, and the voltage error of the two adjacent square arrays is 5V and the current error is within 5%.
3. Grounding of guide rail
Photovoltaic modules, guide rails and clamps shall be reliably connected. The guide rail of each photovoltaic module array must be grounded with flat steel, fastened with bolts and connected with the grounding system in the plant.
4. Safety precautions:
1) The lifting personnel must have the safe operation certificate issued by the Bureau of work safety supervision of the government organ.
2) The lifting equipment must be within the validity period and approved.
3) During lifting operations, there must be someone on-site for supervision and command.
4) No personnel are allowed to stay and stack valuables within the lifting range.
5) During lifting operation, check whether the lifting object and lifting rope are within the safety range.
6) A warning line must be set up during lifting operations to remind the surrounding pedestrians and vehicles.
7) During support handling, pay attention to the construction line at the aisle to prevent tripping.
8) It is strictly forbidden for personnel to load up and down the escalator. Whether it is a ladder or an inclined ladder, they should grasp the handguard with both hands.
9) The scaffold must be erected according to the scaffold construction scheme and can be used only after it is qualified.
10) The waste gas shall be collected and stacked in a centralized manner to ensure that the work is completed, the materials are exhausted and the site is cleared.
11) When transporting photovoltaic modules on the roof, there must be a wooden board to lay a safe passage. It is forbidden to use pallets instead, which is easy to cause roof damage.
12) PV modules must be lifted by crane, and manual handling to the roof is not allowed.
13) The roof garbage shall be cleaned in time, the sewer shall not be blocked, and smoking is prohibited in the plant area.
14) Pay attention to cross operation during on-site construction. Tools and instruments shall be installed in the tool kit as far as possible to prevent falling and hurting people or photovoltaic modules.
15) Packages and pallets shall be stacked in a designated place, and garbage shall not be discarded at will.
16) Personnel in poor physical condition are strictly prohibited from working at heights and smoking is strictly prohibited on site.
17) When entering the guard room, the construction personnel must register and wear safety helmets and badges before entering the construction site. When walking, they must walk freely. They are not allowed to flee to the production plant and other areas without permission.
18) Take protective measures in thunderstorm season, and prepare necessary heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs for construction personnel. Adjust the work and rest time, avoid the high-temperature time at noon, and require specialized person to be responsible for logistics support.
