With the continuous improvement of solar LED street lamp technology, the market of solar LED street lamp in rural areas will be larger and larger. For rural areas, their lighting demand may not be as big as that in cities, so what specification of solar LED street lamp should they choose?
We should choose the solar LED street lamp with appropriate configuration, which should be considered from its lighting time, average value of local continuous rainy days, height and local sunshine coefficient.
1. Light on time
The lighting time in many rural areas is basically fixed, about 6 hours a day, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. in winter and from 7 p.m. to 12 p.m. in summer. Although the lighting time in cities is different from that in rural areas, the general law is the same.
2. Continuous rainy days
The number of days of continuous rain is less, the required battery capacity and the size of solar panel are smaller than those of solar LED street lamps with large days of continuous rain. In normal rural areas, it is enough to set the continuous rainy days as 3 days.
3. Height
The width of roads in rural areas generally does not exceed 10 meters, so generally choose 5 meters to 6 meters. If the height is too small, it will be very unsightly, and choosing too high will also lead to waste of configuration.
4. Sunshine coefficient
Sunshine coefficient is an important condition to measure the local sunshine duration. It is good to know the local average sunshine duration, and calculate the solar panel power suitable for the local according to the formula.
When we know the results of the above four conditions, we can calculate the specifications of solar LED street lamps that need to be used.
