But the ideal is always beautiful. The reality is that many people are deterred by their inner confusion and insecurity when facing the last step – installation.

1. Test conditions of solar cell array

Since the output power of the solar cell module depends on the solar irradiance, the distribution of the solar spectrum and the temperature of the solar cell, the measurement of the solar cell module shall be carried out under standard conditions (STC).

The measurement conditions are defined as Standard No. 101 by the European Commission, and the surface temperature of the solar cell panel is set at 25 ℃, The test under the condition that the solar radiation intensity is 1000W / ㎡ is called the standard test state.

1. Installation of solar cell module

Firstly, the solar cell modules are transported to the channel between the rows or columns where the solar cell array is installed, in order to speed up the installation speed of the construction personnel.

During transportation, it shall be noted that the solar cell modules shall not be stacked too high. During the transportation and storage of solar cell modules, they shall be handled with care, without strong impact and vibration, transverse heavy pressure and collision. Solar panel installation

Put the solar panel flat first, so that the solar panel support can be placed flat on it. The solar panel shall be firmly fixed on the support with bolts, nuts and gaskets. When the solar panel is placed vertically, the junction box shall be located above. When the solar panel is placed horizontally, it shall be close to the direction close to the lamp pole assembly.

1. Look at the front

1. Preparatory work

1). Selection of disassembly and assembly location: the disassembly and assembly location shall be near the installation location to facilitate transportation after assembly. Firstly, investigate the climate and surrounding environment of the installation and construction site to determine the feasibility of the implementation of the construction scheme. The selection of construction site shall follow the following principles:

1). The installation site must have smooth drainage

2). If there are low-lying ponding points such as rivers and puddles within 10m from the installation site, the lowest point of the foundation must be higher than the highest water level within 50 years;

3). Public facilities such as cables and optical cables cannot be laid underground at the installation site, which will affect the construction and installation.
