Solar photovoltaic array is also called solar panel and solar module, which is the main component that directly affects the power generation. The inspection and maintenance of solar photovoltaic array mainly includes the following points.

1. Keep the surface of the solar panel clean. If there is dust, clean it with a clean cloth or duster; In case of dirt that cannot be cleaned, it can be cleaned with clean water and then wiped dry with a clean cloth. Precautions: the photovoltaic array cannot be cleaned with corrosive cleaning products; Do not wipe with hard objects.

2. In case of bad natural weather, such as heavy rain, hail, heavy snow, etc., generally, the solar photovoltaic array will not be damaged, but the later cleaning work shall be done well, and the photovoltaic power station shall be cleaned, wiped and snow cleared in time.

3. Regularly check the metal support of photovoltaic array for corrosion, and regularly apply anti-corrosion treatment to the support, and the square array support shall be well-grounded.

4. During use, the photoelectric parameters and output power of the solar cell array shall be tested regularly to ensure the normal operation of the photovoltaic array（ Testing time is once every 1-2 months)

5. During use, the packaging and connecting wire head of the solar panel shall be checked regularly. If the sealing glue is opened and water enters, the solar panel is discolored, the connector is loose, disconnected, corroded and other phenomena are found, they shall be repaired or replaced in time（ Testing time is once every 1-2 months)

6. For the solar cell array support with polar axis automatic tracking system, regularly check whether the mechanical and electrical performance of the tracking system is normal.

7. During use, each electrical element in the DC combiner box shall be regularly checked for looseness, disconnection, corrosion, etc. In thunderstorm season, pay special attention to whether the lightning arrester module in the combiner box is effective. If it fails, it shall be replaced in time（ Testing time is once every 1-2 months)

8. Regularly check the growth of plants around the array, check whether it blocks the photovoltaic array, and clean it in time.
